For more than 39 years, we have blended quality cuts of meat with our own special seasoning to deliver a delicious taste straight to your table. It is packaged and sold in a 2.5 pound roll and is the definition of down-home goodness and flavor.

The Blue & Gold Chicken Tenderloin Fritters is a whole muscle breast strip with a homestyle breading and an excellent blend of seasonings. They can be served as a main dish, on a sandwich or as a snack. It is available to our customers in a resealable 5 pound bag.

The newest member of our product family is Blue & Gold Premium Thick Sliced Bacon. It is naturally hickory smoked to perfection and is sold in a 3.5 pound package containing approximately 30 slices. We challenge anyone to find a better bacon.
